Auður Vala graduated as a sports teacher in 1995, and in 2000 as a florist. She also studied BS in science of health and graduated in 2009. Auður has spent most of her life working in the health sector, teaching groups, working as a personal trainer and more. She has worked in many variations of the health sector in the last 15 years. Just like Helgi, Auður has also been very active in the social- and sport committee in Egilsstaðir.
